Ordering

After completing the order, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address, containing details about the products, prices and delivery address. Any errors in the order confirmation should be notified immediately by e-mail to info@starkelsefabriken.com.

Delivery

Normal delivery times are 2-10 days with DHL to delivery point. Please note that orders placed during weekends are shipped on Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. In case of possible delivery delays, contact us via e-mail: info@starkelsefabriken.com.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT. Reservation for price changes due to supplier changes, misprints in the price list or incorrect information. We reserve the right to adjust prices.

Right of withdrawal

5.1 In case of regret, notify us at info@starkelsefabriken.com with name, address, e-mail address, order number and clear information about the returned goods. Return shipping and responsibility for the products upon return lies with the customer. 

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially manufactured products, services without the right of withdrawal, or products that can quickly deteriorate.

Claims and complaints

In the case of damaged or incorrect products, contact us for approval before returning. Complaints must be sent immediately after discovery to info@starkelsefabriken.com. We undertake to correct errors free of charge in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control.

Reservation for printing errors and final sale. Product images may vary depending on screen and photo quality.

Disputes follow ARN or similar dispute resolution bodies. Applicable interpretation or application of the terms follows Swedish law.
